Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance to not receive a cancellation fee of 100% service requested. Unless you are having an extreme emergency(hospital attendance for yourself,children, or spouse, a morning of car accident, or positive Covid-19 results or exposure) you are still responsible for your cancellation fee. After Cancelling 2 appointments in a row without proper communication with me, you will forfeit any further booking in the future. (Children being at home sick, you being at home sick, or having another conflicting appointment will still result in a cancellation fee if not communicated prior.)
•No call, no shows are not tolerated. If you no call no show, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. Any ongoing scheduled appointments will be cancelled, and I will not reschedule any future appointments with you.
